What better time to start your exercise program than right now when our entire selection of exercise beaubeaus are on sale? Never let your hair loss hold you back from working out. Here are some helpful tips to making working out as easy as A,B C.

A. Go to www.4women.com/exercise and browse through our extensive collection of fashionable AND comfortable scarves for hair loss. Picking just one might be harder than doing 10 pushups!

B. Put on some comfortable workout clothes that match your exercise beaubeau.

C. Lace up your sneakers and you are ready to go!

Whether you’re a first timer or a gym pro, exercise can boost your energy and give your spirits a lift. Recent studies show that being more active may also help with some of the side effects you might be experiencing during and after your treatment, such as fatigue or depression.

Check out our newest collection of workout scarves in our “Beauty Beat” line. This stretchy beaubeau is not only comfortable but very trendy sporting a whimsical peacock feather design, accented with just a hint of sparkle. Beauty Beat is currently available in graphite, teal and orchid. Glam this up at the gym or just wear it to please yourself. Get moving in comfort and style!

If you’ve been out shopping lately, you surely have noticed a lot of orange and tangerine colors. It’s hard to miss - it’s everywhere - shoes, bags, scarves, clothes, jewelry and even makeup. Personally, I’ve never warmed up to most shades of orange but I have to admit, I’m getting the tangerine fever. I decided to do a little research on this new color phenomenon and here is what I found. The first surprise is that shades of tangerine compliment most skin tones. Since I’m viewing tangerine in a different light now due to it’s popularity, I find the color to be interestingly sophisticated and at the same time dramatic and even a bit seductive. I’m no longer intimidated by this energetic color and am willing to experiment with different shades in my wardrobe. I decided to start out slow and simple with slightly muted shades. I am trying to work my way up to fully rocking this color. One of the things I love about this color is that it may only take an accent piece to really brighten up your outfit and be color trendy. After rummaging through my closet, I discovered that I already own a few tangerine accessories that are great layering pieces. I also have several ‘vintage’ beaubeau’s that have various shades of tangerine in them. I’m ready to rock!

We have seen other colors come and go (2010 - turquoise, 2011 - honeysuckle) but I have a feeling that tangerine is going to stick around a bit longer as it has crept into linens, bridesmaids dresses, invitations and home decor. I think we’ll still be talking tangerine fashion come this fall!
